Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Hi Carmen,
Thanks for patiently waiting. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select the field that is not showing in the notification email and click the Gear icon on the right side.
- Under the Advanced tab, click on Field Details and copy the Unique Name.
- Now, you need to make sure that the Unique Name is the same as in the Notification email. If the Unique Name is different or incorrectly spelled, it will not show in your email.
- Click on Save after you update the Unique Name in the Notification Email content.
