Google Sheet is not updating new records from form

hola buenos dias tengo mi formulario visitas de clientes integrado con un archivo de google sheet y no esta actualizando totalmente los registros queria saber el motivo si la integracion esta bien conectada pero no actualiza completo segun los reportes del jotform el dia 26 02 2024 tengo mas de 20 registros y solo me muestra 1 de la sucursal de valencia

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Did you make any changes to your integrated Google sheet like changing the header columns or applying a sorting filter? This can break the Google sheet connection and new submissions will not populate in the sheet. You can try to remove the integration and reintegrate it again. This will populate all your current submissions to the new Google sheet. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Integrations tab on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Google Sheet at the Integration window and click on Remove Integration. Confirm the removal by clicking the Yes, Remove button.
4. Now, integrate again your Google Sheet by selecting it back in the Integrations tab.
5. Enter your Google account in the Authentication field and select the Create a new spreadsheet.
6. Enter the spreadsheet details and check all those fields to include. Check also on Send existing submissions to sheet.
7. Click Save to complete the setup.

That's it! Check your Google sheet and see if it successfully added all submissions.
