Monthly Submission limit did not change after upgrading to the Storage plan

    Buenas, quería consultar porque no entiendo el motivo de que no me ande el servicio, el mes pasado o el anterior pagué con tarjeta el paquete de 1000 reservas y ahora me aparece que solo tengo 100.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and can see that you have upgraded to the Storage plan. Please know that the monthly submission limit in a Storage plan is the same as the Starter (Free) plan which is 100 per month. The only difference with the Storage plan is that you can store unlimited submissions in your account. If you are expecting more than 100 submissions per month, I suggest upgrading to the Bronze plan.
