buenas con mi plan gratuito podria pasar el formulario de desplazamiento solo 10 veces? ya que tiene para que el paciente lo firme en persona o no?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Since you are under the Starter Plan, you can only collect 10 completed sign documents. Another alternative, so you can collect more submissions with signatures by disabling the Sign automation on the form. If you disable the Sign Automation feature on your form, that won't count as a signed document in your account, but it counts as a regular submission.
- In the Builder page, click the Sign icon beside the Signature field.
- Toggle the Enable Jotform Sign Automation to turn it off.

muchas gracias, lo he desactivado para usar esa opción solo en documentos de relevancia. ahora quisiera saber como puedo eliminar documentos de prueba firmados o anularlos, porque he estado haciendo varias pruebas, con datos ficticios y firmas inventadas, para probarlo, y que anulandolo no se me cuenten como las 10 firmas auditadas.

Thanks for getting back to us. If you're referring to canceling an already sent Sign Document, then it's not possible. You can only cancel the document to disable the signature field and not get a signature from the user. Let me show you how:
- In Sign Builder, click on Send.
- Go to Send and select the Sent document and click Track.
- For documents recently sent out, click the Cancel button to void the document.
This option is only available to sent documents. For completed documents, it can't be undone. The Sign limit is already used, and you'll need to wait for the next scheduled reset for your account. But if you use a regular sign field on your form, then you'd still have the regular submission limit available. Any form of test submissions on the account will be counted against the account limit.
