Integración de hojas de cálculo : enlaces de archivos inaccesibles después de renombrar la cuenta

Buenos días,

El pasado día 21 de febrero hicimos un cambio en el nombre de usuario de nuestra cuenta de Jotform, cambiando la cuenta de jotform_user710_jotform_user304 por JotformRebi. Desde que hemos hecho este cambio los compañeros desde la aplicación no pueden ver las fotos realizadas anteriores a esa fecha. Hemos comprobado la hoja de cálculo donde se alojan los datos y vemos que la ruta de acceso a dichas fotos ha cambiado la ruta y pensamos que puede ser este el problema

¿Cómo podríamos solucionar este problema?

Thanks for patiently waiting. Perhaps that is the cause of the issue, but usually, the system automatically updates the old path to the new one. Can you please remove the integration with Google Sheets and reintegrate it? Let me show you how:

First, we're going to remove the Google Sheets integration and then add it back. Let's do it:

1.  In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2.  In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
3.  Select the Google Sheets integration.
4.  Then, click on Remove Integration, and then Yes, Remove!

Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:

1.  In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
2.  In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
3.  Now, select and connect your Google account.

Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
