como puedo crear diversas carpetas de archivos

Estoy buscando como clasificar en carpetas cada archivo que se sube por la plataforma, algo asi:

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, we don't have the option to organize form data (submissions and their uploaded files) into folders. All your form data are presented to you in a table format.

As a workaround for that, you can integrate your form with a third-party cloud storage service, such as Dropbox or Google Drive to organize your form data into folders. You can rename the subfolders where the submissions and their uploaded files go to.
