Hola, este es mi segundo mes de facturación con ustedes, se supone que estoy pagando por tres formularios que no aparecen por ningún lado de la plataforma de Jot Form. Necesito quitar el pago mensual con ustedes ya no quiero utilizar Jotform y tampoco sé cómo hacerlo por favor necesito soporte técnico.

Hello Paulina,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Enterprise Support. If you need to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account back to Starter (Free) plan, please follow this guide. To cancel your subscription:
1. Log in to your Jotform account, then open Billing.
2. On the Billing page, select Change Plan.
3. Next, select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen.
After confirming the cancellation, your subscription will no longer be billed on the next billing date. Although there will be no further billing charges after the cancellation, your account will remain in the Silver plan for the period you paid for. And your subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan on the date of its expiration (usually on the next billing date).
And if you would like to request a refund for your previous invoice, please open this link and fill out the form. Include the details of your reason in the ticket thread. The relevant team will follow up from there to review your request, and you will receive an email regarding the outcome.
