He borrado formularios y vacie la papelera para tener mas disponibilidad de espacio, pero no disminuye, revise sus preguntas frecuentes y limpie el cache y tampoco obtuve resultados,

Now, let me help you with your question. When deleting submissions in tables, make sure to clear/purge the Trashed Entries folder to completely remove deleted submissions, as shown in the screenshot below:
