Generar listado desplegable condicional

Hola existe la opción de agregar 1 listado desplegable que al seleccionar el dato cambie la información de dos cuadros de textos, idealmente que rescate la información de una tabla con 40.000 datos.

Si no se puede, existe alguna alternativa viable?

If I understand correctly, You're looking for a dropdown that when selected will change information of the input field? Let me help you with that.

1. Add a Dropdown field to your form and two boxes. These boxes will be dynamically updated based on the choice selected from the Dropdown.

2. Navigate to Settings.
3. On the left tab, click Conditions.
4. Add an Update/Calculate Field condition.

5. Add the following condition.

This will update the first box based on the selected choice from the Dropdown field.
