Registros desaparecidos

Cordial saludo, tenemos un formulario de jotform con registros desde el año 2021, sin embargo revisando el inbox de dicho formulario solo encontramos registros desde junio de 2022.

Agradezco por favor nos colaboren con los registros que no aparecen. El formulario es

I have try to do filter with preferred period, but i dont find my records since 2020 until june 2022.
