Spreadsheet to Form Widget: El autocompletar no funciona

Buenos días, por favor me podría ayudar a validar por que el auto llenado del nombre en los formularios no esta funcionando. cuando ponemos el ID CLIENTE automáticamente nos arrastra la información del contacto que pertenece al ID pero el dia de hoy esta quedando en blanco.
