Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood what you’re asking, none of the two recipients noelia.escobar@tmm-group.eu, pol.mentruit@tmm-group.eu received the email after a submission was made on your form. If so, can you also locate and share the affected submission ID with us?
Can you also check the history of your account to see if the email addresses appear in the logs? Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.
- In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
- In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
- Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
