Now, let me help you with your question. I'm really sorry. I'm not quite sure what exactly your question is. But I think you are trying to edit the form and make a different duplicates of it. If yes, please follow this instruction below on how to clone your form:

1. Go to My Forms in the upper left corner of the Jotform page
2. Select the form you want to clone
3. Click on More and the drop-down list will appear
4. And select Clone
