Hi Felix,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that this is happening. After checking your account, I've found that it was suspended because your form was flagged for offering fake service and collection of credit card information. This might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to comply with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.
Also, keep in mind that collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed per our Terms. If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date by enabling payment Authorization. You can check out our guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
If you believe that your account was suspended in error, kindly provide us with the following information:
- The URL where your form is used.
- Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
Send these to reviewers@jotform.com with thread #12125381 as your subject, and we’ll let you know about the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of your proofs.
Let us know if you need any other help.
