    Hi pt.finanzas,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to a widget that would take a picture of a document and convert it to a scan, or a widget that would directly connect to an actual scanner device? If yes, we don't have that feature or widget yet. As a workaround, I suggest using the Take Photo Widget for directly capturing photos from your mobile device and the File Upload Element for uploading images from your device.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Muchas gracias, esta bien que me conteste en ingles, yo puedo usar el traductor, y si, me refiero a un widget que tome foto y la convierta en un documento pdf.

    Hi pt.finanzas,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'll need a bit more time to check on this. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi pt.finanzas,

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.
