Problemas para acceder a encuesta

    Hola,

    Algunas personas han tratado de responder la encuesta https://form.jotform.com/240443501946150 y no han podido acceder. Les aparece el mensaje abajo.     Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. I noticed that the Unique Submission feature is turned on in your form, and it's configured to check both cookies and IP addresses. What this means is, even if someone tries to use different email addresses, the form will still recognize if the submissions are coming from the same browser and IP address. So, if they're using the same browser and IP, the form won't let them submit multiple entries. 

    If you want to allow them to submit entries using the same browser and IP address, you can disable the Unique Submission. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Settings at the orange navigation bar
    2. Under Form Settings, click on Show More Options.
    3. Scroll down and disable the Unique Submission
