Error appears when changing the product list

    Buen día

    Tengo el siguiente problema, En un formulario se cuenta con un listado de productos del cual un registro no se puede modificar o eliminar. anexo imagen del mensaje que enviar la plataforma al hacer un cambio. El registro es el "365".

    Quedo atento a sus observaciones

    Thanks for your patience. We have heard from our team, and the situation is the following:

    This issue is related to your previous form categories and connected product corruption. If you clone the main form again, the system will automatically fix and hide the problematic products. After this process, you will be able to update the product. So, if you clone the form, check the new look of disabled products, and approve our intervention, we will fix your current form automatically. But that auto-fix wouldn't be reverted.
