Subir de Plan acreditandome el PAGO ANUAL del Plan Anterior

Actualmente tengo un Plata Yearly con Jotform, pero mis Documentos firmados al mes parece que sobrepasan su limite para ese plan adquirido

Me interesa subir al PLAN GOLD ANUAL pero quiero asegurarme que el PAGO ANUAL que realice con el Plan Plata SE ME ABONA para que solo YOPAGUE el faltante

Agradecere me pudiesen confirmar como quedaria entonces el Pago anual y que me acreditarian de lo ya Pagado anteriormente con el Plan Plata de favor

Now, let me help you with your question. Once you upgrade to the Gold plan, the balance from your Silver Annual plan will be auto-adjusted in your Gold plan. You can go ahead and upgrade your account to the Gold Annual plan.
