¿Es posible guardar un registro distinto cada vez que añada un campo?

Buen día, existe una manera de ir guardando un valor mientras se va llenando un campo ?

Como en esta captura, que el usuario seleccione un nombre y seleccione un ahora y se guarde en el campo de cálculo pero que después ese valor se copie en otro campo y este se quede guardado para después agregar otro campo y hacer otro registro igual seleccionando otro nombre de la lista y colocando otra hora y se quede guardado en el otro campo

Me pregunto si el widget "Multiplicador de Campos" me funcionaría para que el registro del campo calculo se guarde ahí y luego agregar otro registro distinto al añadir otro campo
