Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your email address, and saw that it's only associated with a Guest account. So, you should be able to use this email address to sign up for a regular Jotform account. Let me guide you on how to do that:

1. On the Login page, select Sign up with an email.

2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password.

3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service, and click on Sign up.
