Hola equipo JOTFORM.
Eliminé varios envíos y presioné la opción "Eliminar para siempre" pero aun sigo con el almacenamiento lleno, agradezco su ayuda revisando mi cuenta esto sucede para los 2 formularios que tengo habilitados.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I've recalculated your form submissions and cleared the cache of your form on our backend system for extra precautions. This fixed the bugs as well.
Can you please try to log out, close your current browser, and log back in to your Jotform Account using a new browser? Then check your account again. I would also recommend testing it in incognito mode.
