Google Sheet integration keeps breaking

    Buenas tardes,
    Hice una integración de uno de mis formularios para recojer las respuestas, pero ha dejado de actualizar la información. Puedo ver desde la app de Jotform que hay más respuestas de las que en la hoja de calculo salen. Qué debo hacer?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I can understand that your Google Spreadsheet integration has stopped working. To resolve the issue, can you please remove the current integration and re-integrate Jotform with Google Spreadsheets? Removing and reconnecting with the integration will refresh the connection. Here is a guide on how to integrate Jotform with the Google Spreadsheet. Let me show you how to set that up:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    • Select the Google Sheets Integration.
    • Now, select or connect your Google account.

    • Click on Use an Existing Spreadsheet.
    • Select your Google Spreadsheet and your form fields.
    • Now, click on Save and you're done.

    Hi I did that yesterday,it worked showing me the answers I had until that moment, but this morning the problem appears again. I have more answers to the form but the sheet doesn't show them.

    I really need this to work, and I can't keep redoing the connection every time. Is there anything that could be making the connection stop working?

    Hi SummerBall,

    Thanks for getting back to us and we're sorry to hear that the issue occurred again. Please note that making changes to the integrated worksheet can affect the integration. Please do not edit the worksheet including changes to the column label, conditional formatting, etc. Kindly try removing the integration and add it back again to add a new worksheet and send all your existing submissions over.
