Original PDF is not always sent as an attachment in the notification email

Saludos Equipo, espero que se encuentren bien.

Tengo en mi cuenta unos cuantos formularios conectado con un PDF. Tengo el problema que cuando el usario completa el formulario y le da a enviar no siempre me llega a mi email el documento PDF adjunto.

Algunos llegan o otros no. A que se debe?

Now, let me help you with your question. Is this the form in question? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I see that you set the original PDF and the submission files to be attached to the notification email. In that case, if the total file attachments exceed 5 MB, the files will no longer be attached. This is a limitation set by our email service provider. So, you may be able to override this limit by setting up SMTP on your account to send your form emails using your own email server.

Can you confirm if the affected submissions' total file size attachments did not exceed 5 MB? If the file size in the affected submissions is less than 5 MB but is still not attached, please let us know.

Thank you very much. Indeed, between the PDF and the image attached as ID, it exceeds 5 MB in most cases. I have just limited the attachment box so that the total does not exceed 5 MB in the form. I appreciate your help.
