Uso de Calculadora Widget con la información del formulario

Buenos días,

Estoy tratando de realizar algunos cálculos en el Formulario 100% Facebook, de manera que algunos leads vayan a una página de destino y otros a otra. El problema es que no veo que los condicionantes y cálculos estén funcionando. Les explico (lo que está en mayúsculas con preguntas en el formulario):

Cálculo de Ratio de Endeudamiento: Debería multiplicar por 0,4 el resultado de la siguiente resta: INGRESOS-PRESTAMOS ¿Está bien configurado este cálculo?

Cálculo de Plazo Máximo de Hipoteca: Debería hacer la resta 75-EDAD. Y como condicionante he puesto que si el resultado es mayor que 40, entonces debe dar 40 como resultado y no más. ¿Está bien configurado este cálculo y condicionante?

Cálculo de Cuota Hipotecaria: Esta fórmula es la más compleja. En términos matemáticos sería lo siguiente:

(PRECIO DE LA VIVIENDA-AHORROS)*(0,035/12)/(1-(1+0,035/12)^(-(AÑOS DE HIPOTECA))

Es decir, elevar lo azul a la potencia de rojo, y esto multiplicarlo por lo naranja.

¿Está bien configurado este cálculo?

Condicionante: El condicionante principal que he añadido es que si el la Cuota Hipotecaria > Ratio de Endeudamiento, y tiene como resultados en otras preguntas "DNI" y "Comunidad de Madrid" entonces el lead es redireccionado a https://www.aiminverfinance.com/gracias. En todo el resto de casos son redireccionados a https://www.aiminver.com/gracias-por-contactarnos/

¿Podrían ayudarme por favor a entender por qué no funciona, y si los cálculos en la calculadora estén bien puestos en el lenguaje matemático de Jotform?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and I see that in this calculation field for "Cálculo de Ratio de Endeudamiento", you have set up this formula:

The formula you added will get the difference of the two fields and multiply it by 0.4, is that what you're trying to achieve?

As for the field "Cálculo de Plazo Máximo de Hipoteca", I don't see it anywhere on your form, did you remove it by any chance?

For the calculation "Cálculo de Cuota Hipotecaria", I see that the formula added is kind of complicated, can you please tell us more about the calculation that you're trying to achieve? Please explain it in words and not with formula so we can help you apply the formula correctly.

I believe the calculations I am trying to do are too complex for the calculator in JotForm. After many tries I decided to go for another solution. But thanks for your help ;)
