Subscription: Which subscription to purchase?

Requerimos recibir cerca de 18,000 respuestas en un lapso de cuatro meses aproximadamente por una única vez. A raíz de ello, tengo algunas dudas.

1) A que se refieren con 1 usuario por equipo? Significa que sólo un usuario puede contestar el formulario simultáneamente?

2) El campo de firma, sólo se puede usar solamente en 1,000 respuestas por mes?

3) Una vez que el usuario firme, ese campo se baja como jpg, png o datos cifrados?

4) Sabiendo nuestras necesidades, que paquete nos recomiendan adquirir?

The 1 user per team means that only one person can access and log in to the account at a time. In a Gold subscription, you will get 1000 Monthly Signed Documents. This is the number of completed signing processes your account can receive every month. This limit applies if you're using Jotform Sign documents. You can download the signed document in PDF format.
