File Upload field does not upload more then 3 files when used with dynamic qr code

    Mi formulario contiene varios campos para adjuntar archivos, todos están configurados para cargar múltiples archivos y con límite de 10 MB que siempre han sido suficientes para su uso, sin embargo ahora, los campos de carga de archivos únicamente permiten adjuntar 3 archivos. Ya he intentado, deshabilitar el formulario, borrar caché, hacer modificaciones al campo, usando distintos dispositivos y navegadores y el error persiste, de momento solo me ha pasado con este formulario, necesito apoyo para solucionarlo por favor.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    For your concern, I've checked your form, and it should allow the user to upload more than 3 files on the upload field. I tested your form and indeed only 3 files were successfully uploaded, but the others seem to get stuck resulting in the form getting stuck on "Please Wait".

    I've created a ticket and escalated this to our team for further checking. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Hi Rafael,

    Sorry for the inconvenience experience you had. This cannot be replicated, but we assume that in some browsers users can bypass this limit. To prevent this, we have added an additional control. This issue should be resolved now.

    Hello again, I've been running tests to address the issue with my form and thanks to that, I was able to identify the source of the glitch. The error occurs when using the dynamic QR code widget; when I remove the widget or delete the data to be encoded, the error disappears. So it seems to be a direct issue of the widget, as I tested it by implementing it in a new form and encountered the same problem.
