Buenas requiero su apoyo ya que el sistema, nos esta arrojando un mensaje que indica los siguiente: Está llegando al límite de documentos firmados mensualmente.
Mejorar ahora
pueden revisar si el pago eta ok, o ebmo revisar algun otro detalle?

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the account and the payment is posted, and the account is active. Please note that when you hit a monthly limit, like the monthly signed documents limit. You can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. In your case, the monthly limits will reset on March 1, 2024. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab of your Account page.
Let me show you how to check it:
- Hover your mouse over your avatar/profile on the top-right of the page and click Settings.
- Go to the Upgrade tab on the left-hand side of the page. You will see under monthly usage on when the monthly limit resets.
