Hi Jericó,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Jericó,
Thanks for patiently waiting. First, you will need to download form submissions as Excel or CSV in Jotform Tables and then use the Import Data tool to import the downloaded Excel or CSV data files into your Smart PDF Form. Here's how to download form submissions:
- In Jotform Tables, click the Download All button in the upper-right corner.
- Choose your desired file format from the menu to begin the download process.
- For both CSV and Excel, the download will start automatically once your file is ready.
Then, use the Import Data tool, which you can import your Excel or CSV data files into your Smart PDF form. Here's how to import your Excel or CSV data into your form:
- Open Import Data and click the Import Submissions Now at the bottom.
- In the authorization dialog, click the Allow button.
- In the Form Picker window, choose a form, then click the Continue button.
- Now, apply the Template Format from the import tool to your Excel or CSV file. For more information, check out this guide about CSV and XLS Template Format.
- Once your file is ready, click the Select Source File button and upload your XLS or CSV file.
- Finally, click the Import button.
