Hi Jericó,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert a regular form to a Smart PDF Form. A possible workaround is to use the Field Manager tool to clone the form fields from the regular form to the Smart PDF form. Please keep in mind that this tool is still supported; however, it is no longer maintained. Here's how to do it:
- Go to the Field Manager tool.
- Click the Manage Fields button.
- Next, select the Allow option.
- Click the Open Form to Begin button.
- Select your first form (regular form), and click the Continue button.
- Next, select the second form (Smart PDF form) to clone fields.
- Select the form fields you want to clone to the other and click the arrow button to proceed.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
