Upgrade to the Gold plan for one month

    Hola, tengo el plan bronce contratado anualmente y estoy consumiendo los ultimos registros.

    Me gustaria incrementar durante los proximos 30 dias al siguiente plan pero solo durante 30 dias.

    Quiza en el proceso del mes tenga que contratar el siguiente plan (porque tenga muchos registros pero necesito poder adaptar mis necesidades dependiendo de la cantidad de registros que vaya obteniendo)

    Como puedo contratar eso?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and found that you already subscribed to the Gold Monthly plan. Do note that this upgrade didn't charge you since you already have an annual Bronze plan. I will forward this to our Billing Team to check it further. We'll circle back again once we have an update from them.

    Hi Pablo, 

    Thanks for your patience. I have received an update from the Billing Team and your Bronze annual subscription has been canceled and the payment is now converted as a closing balance in your account. Now, your account is on the Gold monthly plan. You can upgrade to the Bronze annual plan for full price again.
