Estoy creando un formulario que contiene alrededor de 600 a 800 preguntas y tengo las siguientes preguntas:

• ¿El formulario puede estar abierto por 4 horas?
• ¿Qué tiempo puede estar abierto un formulario para que no se borre la información?
• ¿Existe algún riesgo con la carga de la información?
• ¿Existe algún riesgo en general?
• ¿El número de preguntas nos va a generar algún inconveniente?

Regarding your concern about the form, please note, that you can keep the form open as long as you want to that will not be an issue, and there is no general risk involved in this. Regarding the data filled in the form, please note, that the data is recorded in the submission table and the Jotform Inbox so that data will not be lost from there unless you manually delete it. However, since you are currently on a Silver Subscription the limit of the Form Fields on the form is 500, if you need to have a form that has 600-700 questions you might need to upgrade it to Gold Subscription which offers 1000 form fields.
