Now, let me help you with your question. Keep in mind that by default, you can't access the uploaded files to your Jotform account from any other 3rd party platform like Google Sheets. You'll need to log in to your Jotform account to access the files.

Alternatively, you could disable the login option from the Security page, and then you should be able to access the files:
