Buenos días.
Estoy teniendo un problema ya que en uno de mis formularios al tratar de cumplimentarlo no me deja avanzar entre las preguntas, necesito solucionar el problema lo antes posible ya que no estamos pudiendo finalizar los procesos. Muchas gracias. -

Can you confirm which form are you having issues with? Also, Can you send us a screenshot of what's happening on your end? I've cleared your form caches to refresh the data. Please try it again and see how it goes.

Hi.
When I try to fill out the first question there is no way to continue to the next one. Before, just by pointing out the option, I was directed to the next question, but now it doesn't. If I try to hit the next question button it doesn't do it either. It is as if blocked, whether by computer or mobile.Thank you so much.

Is your form embedded on a website? If so, please send us the link to it so we can test it. Also, what device are you using when the issue happens? This could also be related to the browser you're using, so try to clear your browser cache and cookies. Or try using a different browser or device and see if it works.
