Upload space limit is reached

¡Hola! Mi formulario de envío de proyectos para difusión ya no deja que mas personas contesten el formulario. ¿A que se debe esto? No tengo ningún archivo guardado y tampoco tengo nada en ninguna de las papeleras.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that your upload space and other usage on the account is within the limit and all the forms are also active. Please refresh your form and it is now active. Here's a screenshot of your form without the over quota error:

Good morning, I have already checked and the storage is already at 0, however when I want to answer a questionnaire it keeps telling me that we can no longer receive more responses.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. I've also checked out all of your forms in your Jotform account. All of them are working and are not showing an overquota error. Can you please clear your Google Chrome browser's caches and try to access the form again? It should work. If the issue persists, can you share with us the form URL in question?

Thank you very much, it allows you to fill out the form, however when sharing the link it still says “Over Quota | Jotform” , it does not affect practical issues but I wanted to know if it can be modified so that the name of the form appears instead of that
