Buenas tardes:
Solicito de su ayuda para resolver el siguiente problema ya que no podemos visualizar las fotografías en en la lap, ningun ordenador diferente, ni celular. Adjunto mesaje del error.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I highly suggest downloading your submissions again. Let me show you how:
- Open your form submissions, Under Tables, select the data that you would like to download then click Download ALL at the upper right part of the page.
- You can also go directly to the Tab where you can see the attached file and download it from there.
I have cleared your form cache. Can you go ahead and try it again?

Thank you very much, the problem is that I cannot view the photographs with the link on any device. Could you help me how we can see the photographs?

Thanks for getting back to us. Let me walk you through how to see the photo attached to the submission data:
1. Log in to your account, go to All Forms then select the name of the form and click on Submissions.
2. Under Tables, drag the scroll bar found at the bottom of the page to the tab where the photo is attached then Click the photo to enlarge and see.
Based on your screenshot above, you can also try to copy and paste the link to the browser.

Thanks for getting back to us. The 404 error usually indicates that you are not logged into the Jotform Account while accessing the uploaded image. This happens when you have turned on the Required to Sign In to View Uploads. However, we can Unrequire a Login to View Uploaded Files. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your account, At the upper right part of the page click your Profile icon
- The profile will appear, click on Settings.
- On the left panel, click on Security then Uncheck the box for Require log-in to view uploaded files.
