Necesito un detalle del espacio de almacenamiento ocupado por los envíos de cada formulario para poder hacer limpieza y evitar superar el limite de 1GB.

    Hello ponceag,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Currently, the only way to check the file upload space each submission takes up is by looking at the file size uploaded in each submission. How to Know the Upload Space of Each Submission? Image 1 Screenshot 20

The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files and submits them, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. This limit does not reset, you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. You can Download Form Submissions first to avoid losing data.

I recommend checking out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

Thanks for your support. We can continue in English, don't worry about that.

The attached image is the notification we're receiving in our email. Do you mean this is only for uploaded files in the submits?

    Best,

    Iñaki.

    Hi Iñaki,

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, that is correct; the email refers to the upload space limit. The email you received is a projection based on the volume of responses to your form, and it is predicted that you may hit your account's upload space limit. Please keep in mind that reaching the upload space or any of the monthly limits prompts the system to disable your forms on the scheduled date indicated in the email sent to you. Your forms will also display the “Form over quota” message.

However, rest assured that you are still within the Bronze plan's upload space limit, which is currently at 654.53 MB / 1.0 GB. You can verify it on your account's Usage page. To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the entries you want to delete using the checkboxes in the first column of the table. You can also use the Select All checkbox in the upper-left corner of the table to select all the entries if you need to delete all submissions.
    2. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner.
    3. Then, click the Move to Trash button in the confirmation dialog. How to Know the Upload Space of Each Submission? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Next, to permanently delete or purge the trashed submissions, click the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon.
    5. Select the Trashed Entries option from the menu.

    6. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then click the Delete Forever button.
    7. Finally, click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog.
