Hola,

Hi Danilo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I'll need a bit more time to check on this. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Danilo,
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Yes, you can achieve this by setting up show/hide conditions based on the user's answer and using Manual Prefill to pre-populate the form fields. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu and drag-drop the fields you want to use as follow-up questions (Short Text fields are used in this example).
- Click on the Type a Question text and change it to the question you want to use.
Now, let's set up the conditions:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
- Set the conditions as you see below:
Set up Conditions for all of the choices for your question. Check out the screencast below to see how your form will work after setting up the Conditions:
Now, let me show you how to set up the Manual Prefill option:
- In Form Builder, go to Publish.
- Go to Prefill, and then click on Manual Prefill.
- Click Add a New Prefill.
- Fill out the fields that you want to be populated.
- To copy the URL, click on Create, then click the Three-dot icon and select Copy URL.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Danilo,
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. After reviewing, I can confirm that you have already configured a condition. When ENTREGADO is entered into the VALIDACION field, the Page Break element will be displayed. The only missing condition is where you can pass the value from the Spreadsheet to Form widget to the Short Text field for the Show field condition to work. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top.
- Click Conditions on the left, and click on Add Condition.
- Select Update/Calculate Field and Show/Hide Field Conditions, then copy the provided conditions below:
We also have a guide about How to Use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget that you can check out.
Check out my screencast below for the result:
You can clone my demo form to review the conditions. Also, check out my sample spreadsheet.
Give it a try, and let us know if you need more help.
