    Hi marketingmasdigitalcom,

Unfortunately, there is no way to add CSS code in Card forms. This has been like this since it was created and although there were requests about asking to have CSS modifications capacity, this has never been implemented.

For this, what you can do is switch your form to Classic. This way you will have the ability to edit your form using the Advanced Form designer or inject CSS codes. Here are the steps how to switch your form:

    1. Edit your form
    2. Click the Form Designer (blue paint roller) button on the right
    3. Once the right panel opens, go to Advanced
    4. Select Classic Form

After this, the page will reload with the format in classic form. You can just add page break elements to put your form in multiple pages if you would like to have a quite similar fee for your form with card forms.

However, let me also escalate a feature request to let the developers know that this is still a feature that people are looking for with card forms. Unfortunately, we can't give you a timeframe to when this feature will be reviewed or be looked into for consideration. But whenever this becomes available, we'll let you know.
