Capturar firmas con Topaz signing pads

como puedo integrar una firma tomada con un pad de firma topaz

Gracias por contactarte con el equipo de soporte de Jotform. Para poder usar el pad de firmas Topaz puedes utilizar nuestro widget SigPlus, el cual te permite capturar firmas con Topaz. Añadirlo es simple. Te enseño como:

• En el Creador de Formularios, da clic en Agregar Elemento.
• Bajo la pestaña de Widgets, escoge SigPlus.

Para empezar a usar el widget solo debes instalar el software SigWeb y listo.

Pruébalo y cuéntanos como te va.

saludos, no me sale en widget el sigplus como alterantiva. alguna sugerencia para buscarla

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

With that said, I see that you're account is currently HIPAA activated. It appears like SigPlus widget is not HIPAA compliant, which is why it is not showing available in the list of widgets in your form.

If you mean disabling HIPAA compliance in the account, it can be done by going to Data section of the Settings, and clicking on the Disable HIPAA Compliance option as shown in the screenshot below:
