Hola, en la pregunta "Cómo nos has conocido" he cambiado las opciones a:
- Internet
- Recomendación
- Evento
- Revista o página externa
- Redes sociales
- Blog
- Otro
Pero al meterme en el formulario (https://form.jotform.com/93232759615362) no me aparecen las opciones actualizadas (adjunto foto).

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the options wasn't yet updated. Check out the screenshot below:
Let me show you how to fix it:
- Make sure you are editing this link: (https://form.jotform.com/93232759615362)
1. In your Form Builder, go to Build.
2. Select the Dropdown field and click on the Gear icon.
3. Under the Dropdown Properties, go to Options tab, and update the contents of the Options area.
That's it! Test your form to see if it updates the selection.
