El formulario no envia solicitud, queda congelado.
El botón verde de envío se congela en la palabra "Please wait..." -

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try removing that field/element and then adding it back? By clicking the Trash icon beside the submit button and adding a new submit button from the form elements tab. Also, confirm if the WhatsApp number is active and working. I had problems with submitting when I incorrectly typed my WhatsApp number and had it corrected and now was able to submit the form without issues.
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
