Not getting notification email for each submission

    Buenos días,


    Tengo una página web con formulario vuestro, y desde enero, no recibo los formularios de la gente que se inscribe. Aún así, la persona que rellena ese formulario, recibe a través de vosotros a su correo personal el justificante de inscripción. Pero no llega esa inscripción a la asociación.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with the notification email issue. I checked the form and found that you set up a change email alert condition based on the form language. After further checking, I found that your form has only one language, Français. In this case, the condition is not triggered because there is no actually option for the user to change the language. To fix this, you will need to add form language. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on the Show More Options button.

    3. Click on the Edit button, and then click on the Add Form Language button.
    4. Select the language you want to translate the form to, and then click on the Add button. Not getting notification email for each submission Image 2 Screenshot 41
    5. On the next page, you can manually translate the form fields. That's it, you're done.
