    Muchas gracias

    Hi amoradaarte,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, do you want your form fillers to be anonymous when they fill out and submit the form? If yes, you can create a form and without adding fields for collecting personal information, such as their name, phone number, address and email address. Take a look at the screenshot below:

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I'll try to continue in english

This form will be used on an art contest.

I need the jury to remain non bias, and choose without knowing whose work it is. At the same time, I need all the information to get in touch with the winners once the process is finished..

    Hi amoradaarte,

Thanks for getting back to us. This could be possible by creating a notification email to be sent to the jury, and leaving these details outside the email so they won't know who sent the submission. Let me show you how:

    • On Form Builder, go to the Settings tab and select Emails on the left side.
    • Add a new notification email, and remove the form fields containing the user's details from the email.
    • Add the Jury's email as the recipient of the email and save the changes.

This way the user details won't be sent to the jury, but you still will be able to access it on your Jotform Tables or in the Inbox. In case this is not precisely what you need, please share a bit more information about how the jury would evaluate these submissions, and what specific information you wish to hide or show.

Give it a try and feel free to let us know if you need any more help.
