Googsle Sheet Integration Not Working

Buenos días,

En el form "Facebook 100% (AB Testing - Formulario con Mas Info)" la integración con Google Sheets no ha funcionado en la última semana y muchos clientes se han quedado sin servicio por ello, es algo que no me puedo permitir.

Necesito que por favor me indiquen la razón por la que de repente esta integración ha dejado de funcionar. El Google Sheets no ha sido tocado ni modificado.

Veo algún aviso de que estamos llegando al límite de envíos de formularios, sin embargo tenemos unos 700 envíos realizados de un límite de 1.000, con lo que no tendría que haber problema.

Les ruego me contesten lo antes posible para entender el problema y evitar que ocurra en el futuro.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Can you try to re-integrate the form with Google Sheets so it will refresh the connection? First, we're going to remove the Google Sheets integration and then add it back. Let's do it:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
• Select the Google Sheets integration.
• Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!

• Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
• In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
• In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
• Now, select and connect your Google account.

• Select an option.
• Choose your form fields.
• Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.

Thanks for your reply. I can definitely redo the integration. But what worries me is not understanding what happened... I have many clients that need to be attended quick, if I have these kind of disconnections it will be very difficult for me to manouvre.

Do you know why this happened?

Did you make any edits to the integrated sheet? It is important to note that the integration will break if there are any edits made to the integrated sheet.
