I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the account with the username tmoraleda? If not, let us know the correct account so we could check on it.

    I am in now, but if I try to enter from another pc I can´t, The email should be tmoraleda@resolutions.es

    I have two more problms and I cant find the answer in your platform

    I need to translate the personal information from english to spanish and I can´t

    The other one is that I need to change the phone number format from USA format to spanish one

    Hi Teresa,

    Thanks for using Jotform. If you're looking to translate the language of your account, you can do that on the Settings page.

    The tmoraleda@resolutions.es email is associated with a Guest account. That's why you aren't able to login from a different device. You might be referring to the account email address tmoraleda@resolutions.com.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I have done it but it doesn´t change personal information neither phone number format wich in Spain is for ex 00 34 678 653 955

    I have done confirmation page and I can not include it in the form

    Hi Teresa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. If your form is created in English when you turn the language to Spanish, some fields will remain in English, and you might have to manually change the names of each element into Spanish. Another option would be to add a new element and remove the old one. If your form language and account language are set to Spanish, they will now appear in Spanish by default, and you won't have to manually change them. Let me show you:

    1. First, on My Forms page, make sure to scroll down to the bottom right corner and select Español as the language.

    2. Open the form in Form Builder, and click on Add Form Element+ on the left side.

    3. Now add a Full Name element, as well as Email, Phone, and Address fields.

    4. Remove the old fields that still appear in English.

    I noticed that you have customized the Form Thank You page. However, this will not appear in the Form Builder in the Build tab, only on the “Thank You” page settings, although it will be visible when you complete the form submission. Here I show you the example in a clone of your form:
