    Ya no utilizamos la plataforma, por lo que deseamos cancelar la suscripcion para el siguiente año

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As I have checked, you have an autorenewal plan. The account was renewed on 01/18/2024. Your account is scheduled to be downgraded to a free plan on 01/18/2025.
