Hola, buenas noches me mandaron un formulario para constestar pero no pude por tiempo y ocupaciones, cuando entre me salía el famoso mensaje de que ha excedido la cuota, y limpié mi caché también no tengo nada excedido me refiero a mi plan gratuito, habría alguna manera de que me la solucionen? Now, let me help you with your question.
It looks like your form is associated to a different account, rather than with the account mublimate. After checking more, your account has hit Upload Space limit. Upload Space is the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. To free up your Upload pace, you will need to delete and purging the file and/or the submission that contain file upload. However, we suggest downloading your submission first, as after purging the submissions and its data are forever deleted from our server.
Deleting your submission it is easy, let me show you how:
- In My Form, select your form.
- Click on Submission at the top toolbar.
- Select the entries using the checkboxes in the first column of the table.
- Select Delete in the upper-right corner.
- In the confirmation dialog, select Move to Trash.
After that, you will need to purge your submission, let me show you the steps:
- Click on the three-dot icon beside your sheet's name.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash window on the right, select the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
