What happens to the amount not used on my previous plan if I upgrade?

Now, let me help you with your question. The prorated amount from your previous subscription will be deducted to your new subscription's amount. For example you paid $100 for Bronze and upgraded to Silver for $160. Let's say you still have $80 from Bronze, you will be paying $80 only for the Silver plan.
