¿Cómo configurar una confirmación por correo electrónico?

    Buenas tardes,

    Nosotros utilizamos el formulario para que nuestros clientes se inscriban a clases de recuperaciones.
    ¿Hay alguna manera de que al momento de inscribirse (cuando le dan a "enviar") les llegue un mail o un mensaje a su móvil?
    Es que muchas veces los clientes nos preguntan a nosotros si se han apuntado correctamente o no, porque no les llega ninguna notificación confirmando que se han inscripto.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users.     Now, let me help you with your concern. Yes, you can set up email notifications to confirm registrations for your recovery classes in the form. To achieve this, you need to set up an autoresponder email to be sent automatically to the person who submits the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

    • IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Now, click on Add an Email.
    • Next, select Autoresponder Email.
    • Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
