How to know the CPA of each question on a form?

Buenas tardes,

Necesito poder entender el CPA de cada una de las preguntas de los formularios. Es decir, si llegan 100 personas al formulario, cuántas completan la primera pregunta, y la segunda etc.

En resumen, necesito entender en qué preguntas se estancan los usuarios para poder mejorarlas.

Esta información no aparece en los reports de Jotform, ¿me podrían indicar cómo hacen otras empresas esto y cómo se puede hacer en su experiencia?

Thanks for patiently waiting. After several tests of Jotform features, I determined that the Jotform Report might satisfy your requirements. If you only needed to know the number of people who answered specific questions on the form, this data could be displayed in the report. Just like as shown below:

If you're okay with this setup, then I'll show you how to create a Jotform Report.

1. On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to create a report for.

2. Click on Reports at the top of the page, and then click on Add New Report.

3. Now, select Visual Report Builder, which will open Report Builder.

4. Enter a Report name.

5. Choose a Report Type:

• Blank – you can add and place charts manually.
• Extended Report – a single chart is shown per page by default.
• Compact Report – two charts are shown per page by default.

6. Then, click on Create and that’s it. You’re done.

For the Extended and the Compact report types, Report Builder will automatically create a chart for each form field or widget on the form. We also have a guide about How to Create a Visual Report with Your Form Submissions that you can check out.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunatelly the method you mention does not satisfy my needs because it takes into consideration the number of responses per question BUT only for the forms completely submited.

For example, in the Form Youtube it tells me that the number of people responding to each question is always the same; 93. This does not correspond to the form analytics which says that only 5% of people arriving to the form complete the whole form (i.e. only 103 out of 2.300 users complete the form).

I need to understand where do these users get stuck in the form so that I may try to simplify the questions of analize what is going on. But if I cannot see the percentage of people completing a question out of the total number of people who see the question, then I cannot make any analysis.

I hope this clarifies my original question.

Gracias por tu aclaración. Para obtener esa clase de resultados, puedes usar Jotform Analytics. Te permitirá contar con un análisis mucho más especifico de tu formulario. Puedes ver desde donde ha sido visto y enviado. En el caso de que no se haya enviado, igual podrás obtener datos como la IP, país de origen y tipo de dispositivo y adicionalmente para los formularios que se hayan enviado con éxito podrás ver el tiempo que les tomó llenar el mismo. Usarlo es sencillo, te enseño como a continuación:

• Entra a los Análisis de formularios y autoriza el acceso del mismo.
• Selecciona el formulario del que quieres obtener dichos análisis.

Gracias por tu respuesta. Estas funciones para crear Reportes y Análisis de formulario están disponibles para nuestros usuarios con un plan de suscripción Inicial gratuito. Si te refieres al servicio de Jotform como tal, no existe un periodo de prueba gratuito para los planes pagos, aunque puedes simplemente cancelar tu plan de suscripción y pasar a un Plan Inicial para utilizar el servicio de forma gratuita, solo ten en cuenta que los límites de uso serán menores a los del plan Bronce que tienes actualmente.
